SSC CPO Physical Test Dates 2026 Announced

SSC has officially confirmed that the Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) will be conducted from 21 July to 28 July 2026.

According to the schedule, female candidates will appear for the physical examination on 21 July 2026, while male candidates will undergo the tests from 22 July to 28 July 2026.

Candidates should report to their allotted examination venue by 6:00 AM on the scheduled date. Since physical verification begins early in the morning, reaching the venue well in advance is strongly recommended.

Weight Standards

SSC has not prescribed a fixed weight chart. However, candidates must maintain body weight proportional to their height.

Detailed Medical Examination (DME)

Candidates who successfully clear PET and PST will undergo the Detailed Medical Examination.
