Educational Qualification
The required qualification differs according to the post.
Assistant / Upper Division Clerk (UDC)
Applicants should have:
- Graduation with at least 60% marks or CGPA 6.32 on a 10-point scale from a recognised university.
- Computer proficiency.
- Graduation completed within the prescribed duration of the course.
Junior Personal Assistant / Stenographer
Candidates must possess:
- Graduation with at least 60% marks, or
- Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice with at least 60% marks.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Steno-Typist/Stenographer.
- English stenography speed of 60 words per minute.
- Working knowledge of computers.

Application Fee

Refund Policy
- General/OBC/EWS Candidates: ₹400 will be refunded after appearing in the written examination.
- SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Female Candidates: The full ₹500 will be refunded after appearing in the written examination.

Salary
Selected candidates will be appointed under Pay Matrix Level-4.
Pay Scale
- Starting Basic Pay: ₹25,500 per month
