The Royal Canadian Mounted Police reported that Tia Blood, a 34-year-old Lethbridge woman who went missing earlier this month, was discovered deceased on Monday (RCMP). Let’s examine Tia Blood’s cause of death in more detail and how Lethbridge women passed away.

How did Tia Blood die? 

Blood, 34, of Lethbridge, Canada, was last seen on October 16—two days before her family reported her missing. Her remains were found in Canada’s Lethbridge on Monday night, close to Township Road 92 and Range Road 225. Authorities have deemed Tia Blood’s cause of death “inconclusive,” despite the RCMP announcing on Wednesday that an autopsy had established the remains were those of Tia Blood.

Unter Alexander Frank, a 20-year-old resident of Lethbridge, has been held in connection with the investigation. He faces two counts each of robbery under $5,000 and desecration of human remains. Police think Blood died either on the evening of October 19 or the following day.

In connection with the ongoing missing person investigation, the Lethbridge Police Service’s criminal investigation division travelled to a place west of the city on Monday at around 5 p.m. and located a body. This was five days after Blood went missing. On October 19, there was a missing blood report. The Coaldale RCMP in Lethbridge County was called to the location of the human remains near Township Road 92 and Range Road 225.

The Alberta RCMP announced after the autopsy that the cause of death was uncertain and still under investigation. The police believe Blood passed away on October 19 or early on October 20. But according to the RCMP, the cause of death for Blood is still unknown.

Hunter Alexander Frank, a 20-year-old Lethbridge resident who was detained in connection with the inquiry, has been charged with imparting an indignity to human remains and two counts of theft under $5,000.

In the meantime, a statement from Tia’s family said, “This news has saddened our large and loving family.” “Tia was our bright spot, and words can’t express how much we’ll miss her. She was a devoted wife, mother of two great boys, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend to a large number of people.

Tia was goofy, unprejudiced, sincere, kind, generous, devoted, loyal, and guarding. She was devoted to her sons. She was wonderful with the kids of her relatives and liked all the kids. She did well in school and prioritised others above herself. She was a lady who enjoyed baking and sweets. Tia was devout and took care of her health.
