Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB) was accepting applications from the eligible and interested candidates for the post of junior environment engineer (JEE) and junior scientific officer (JSO).
The written exam for the same was conducted on 27th February, 2021 and the results of the exam are out on the official website. Through this exam and the interview round the organization will be accepting 114 new candidates for the posts.

POINTS KEPT IN MIND FOR CUT OFF MARKS
Cut-off marks for the exam is defined by the RSPCB and the cut-off marks are the minimum marks expected from a candidate to move further in the next round for the exam.
Some key points are considered before defining the cut-off marks they are: the difficulty-level of the exam i.e. if the exam would be highly tough then the cut-off for the exam will be lower as compared to the cut-off for an easier exam, number of vacancies also affect the cut-off marks, previous year cut-off marks, it varies for categories differently and it also depends on the number of candidates who have applied for the exam.
