PECE Jharkhand Polytechnic 2020 Notification:
Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECE Board) also known as Polytechnic Entrance Competitive Examination (PECE) is conducting its test.
This examination will help the students to take admission in any government as well as private colleges or institutions, which is situated in Jharkhand state. Therefore, let’s check the details of notifications regarding Jharkhand Polytechnic application 2020, starting from 8th June.
Important Dates for Jharkhand Polytechnic Entrance Examination 2020:
Commencement of online registration of application will start from 8th June, 2020. Closure date of registration of application on 2nd July, 2020.
You can download the admit card for the entrance examination from 4 days before the exam date. The exam will be held on 2nd or 3rd week of July, 2020.
According to the board, the results of the examination will be announced in the month of July 2020. The counselling process will be started in August, 2020 tentatively.

The candidates, who want to apply for this examination, must be a citizen of India.
Those who are interested to participate in this entrance examination must have passed her or his 10th level exams or its equivalent from a recognized board.
The minimum qualifying marks for appearing in this examination is 35 % in the 10th level examination.
In the official notification, there is no age limit mentioned for appearing in this examination. Your age must be between 17 to 20, to apply for mining engineering, on the date of 1st July 2020.

There are total 150 multiple choice questions will be asked in the entrance examination. Each question contains 1 mark and 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
The questions will be from Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics. There will be 50 questions in each subject. The maximum marks should be 150 marks.

The eligible candidates can apply for this entrance examination. First, you need to go to the official website of the PECE.
- Step 2:
After that, click on the ‘New Registration’ button present on the Home Screen.
- Step 3:
Thereafter, fill up the student information and then click on the Proceed button.
- Step 4:
In the next step, fill up the scheme eligibility column and then click Submit and Proceed button.

Afterwards, upload your recent clicked passport size photograph and signature in the respective field.

Click on the upload option and then proceed in the Payment section.

Now, you have to pay the application fee that is mentioned in the above section. You can make payment through online mode only.
After completing the payment option, download your Registration form and keep it in a safe place for further use.
The examinations will be conducted in offline at specified venues across many centres in Jharkhand. You can get to know the examination centre when you get the admit card on your hand.
Any further request or application to change the examination center will not be entertained.
