M.A. in Urdu Program has been launched by the School of Humanities of IGNOU. The candidates who are eligible and interested should visit the website ignou.ac.in for admission in this program.
The applications for July Session 2021 are being invited currently. The program will have a duration of 2 years and students will be admitted in 2 sessions, viz. January and July.

The students will be able to learn and understand various other literature like English, Persian, Hindi, Arabic, etc. along with Urdu literature and language through this program.
IGNOU MA in Urdu Fee Details:
- A total fee of 12600 rupees will be required to be paid by the students of M.A. in the Urdu Program.
- Each year (1st and 2nd year) 6300 rupees will be required to be paid.
- 200 rupees will also be required to be paid as a registration fee in the 1st year via ignou.ac.in
