Important dates for the IBPS clerk exam 2020:
According to the officials of IBPS, the notification is about to release on 1st week of September 2020. The online application will be starting from the month of September and the application will be completed until October 2020.
The call letters can be downloaded from the examination portal from November. IBPS Clerk pre-exam training will be starting from November 2020. The IBPS has declared the exam dates on 17th January 2020 with an examination calendar.

The calendar says that the IBPS preliminary exam is going to take place on 05th December, 12th December, and 13th December. The results will be declared by January 2021. The main exams will be conducted in the 24th of January and the result will be declared by 1st April 2021.

IBPS Clerk Eligibility Criteria:
A list of eligibility criteria is present such as, for example, a candidate must have an ID proof to match, and without it, they cannot get a chance to appear in the examination. The fee structure for the examination is category based. According to the category, the applicants have to pay the examination fees. These application fees are not refundable once it is paid online.
IBPS Clerk Syllabus:
The syllabus for the preliminary exam, along with the mains exam, remains almost the same. There are three major parts in the examination, and they are the English language, Reasoning, and Numerical ability respectively. Each of the parts consists of many multiple choice question answers. On the other hand, the reasoning ability contains 35 questions, and the students have to complete it within 20 minutes. So, the candidates have to complete the examination within 1 hour.
The pattern for mains exam:
In the mains examination, in the English language, there will be a total of 40 numbers of questions present, and within 35 minutes, the students have to complete the paper.
In the case of the reasoning and aptitude exam, there will be 50 questions present and students have to complete it within 45 minutes. In the quantitative aptitude section, there will be a total of 50 questions and the candidates have to fulfil it within 45 minutes.
In general or financial awareness, there will be 50 questions present and the students have to complete it within 35 minutes. The total time for the examination is 160 minutes. Within this specific time period, the students have to complete the whole exam
