FYJC Cut off List 2021 – 1st merit list of FYJC Mumbai 11th admission has been released in August at the official website i.e. mumbai.11thadmission.org.in. You can check out HR, Mithibai, St Xavier, Jai Hind Colleges all branches (Science, Commerce, Arts) Merit Lists.

There might be three merit lists and a special merit list that will be published on the official website of School Education and Sports Department, Maharashtra.

Students will be allowed to download the lists from there. As per the notice, the first merit list is likely to be published in the month of July, and the second one may be in August 2021. We will notify you as soon as the lists will publish.

Eligibility criteria of FYJC 2021:

Before submitting the application, students should aware about the eligibility criteria of FYJC 2021. Those candidates who satisfy all criteria will be able to apply for the admission. The eligibility criteria are mentioned below:

  • Applicants should have passed the 10th board exam or equivalent from any recognized board.
  • The candidate should have English as a core subject in 10th.
  • The candidates who are willing to get admission in Bifocal subjects should have Mathematics as a subject in 10th.
  • To get admission in science stream candidates need to have the minimum of 35% marks in aggregate.
  • Those who have domicile certificate of Maharashtra will be provided a reservation in admission.
  • Those candidates, who have passed the exam of 10th board from any recognized board except Maharashtra board, have to fill a special type of form.

Application fee of FYJC 2021

The application fee of FYJC (First Year Junior College) is given below:

  • Tuition fee – Rs. 240/-
  • Admission fee – Rs. 20/-
  • Term fee – Rs. 40/-
  • Group insurance – Rs.30/-

List of documents required in the time of admission:

Here is a list of required document that will be needed in the time of FYJC admission. Make sure that you have all the documents, unless you may face problems during admission. The required documents are:

  1. Admission application form.
  2. Original Mark sheet of 10th board exam or equivalent from a recognized board.
  3. School leaving certificate is mandatory who are from CBSE, ICSE, IB and other state boards. U-disc number should be there in the school leaving certificate.
  4. Caste certificate (SC/ ST/ OBC) if applicable.
  5. Recent colored photograph (Passport size).
  6. Aadhar Card.
  7. Certificate of special reservation (If required).
  8. Application of eligibility. (Only applied for applicants passing from other state boards except Maharashtra board).

Merit list of FYJC Mumbai 2021:

As per the official notification, the first merit list will release on the month of July 2021. The date is not confirmed yet. Before that students need to collect the “FYJC information booklet” and read all the information about FYJC 2021.

Then they need to mark their choices on the official portal of Sports department and School Education Maharashtra. This list will be updated on the official portal soon.

Procedure to download of FYJC merit list 2021:

As we stated above, the merit list will be released on the official FYJC admissions portal. Students can download the list from there. A complete procedure of downloading the FYJC merit list 2021 is given below. Follow the steps and you will be able to download the list. The steps are:

  • Using your login Id and password, log in to the official website of SESD (School Education and Sports Department) www.mumbai.11thadmission.nic.
  • There on the homepage, you can see the link provided to check merit list, click on that.
  • Just after clicking you will be derived to a new page where you will be asked to enter your user Id and password that you have got from the ‘FYJC Admission Information Booklet’. Enter them in the specified place.
  • Then click on “Submit”.
  • There you can see the merit list on the screen.
  • The last step is to click on “Download” that available on the top of the list. By clicking it you will be able to download the FYJC merit list 2021.
  • You need to take a print out finally. You are advised to take an extra print out of the list for further use.

Cut off list of FYJC Mumbai 2021:

FYJC exam is conducted and thereafter cut off list will be published. The first cut off list of FYJC 2021 is likely to be released in August 2021. The release date is not confirmed by the authorities. Once the list publishes, it will be available on the official admission portal.

Students can choose the colleges according to their preference before the last date. The authorities of that college will select the students according to their cut off marks and release a cut-off list. Students also need to pay fees. The fee structure will be provided on the official website of the colleges. As per FYJC statistics, this year 2.92 lakh seats are available.

Procedure of Admission: 

The procedure of application is going to be started just after the merit list of 2021 has been released. Applicants who are satisfied with their result can participate in the admission process in their allotted college. The procedure of admission is given below:

  • The candidates, for whom junior college is allocated as their first preference, they should confirm admission in that college within the stipulated date. They need to bring necessary documents and full fees (we have given a list of required documents also).
  • Name of those students who confirm their admission, will be restricted from participating in the upcoming round of merit lists.
  • Those candidates who got their name in junior colleges other than first preference and want to get admission in that college are advised to go there and confirm their admission by paying full fees. They need to verify all required documents also.
  • These students are also restricted from the next round of merit lists.
  • If any document found not to be valid, then the admission may get cancelled in that junior college.
  • If any candidate does not confirm their admission within the mentioned date, their admission will be considered as cancelled one. 
  • After the admission has been completely done, applicants will get a system-generated “Admission receipt” from the allotted junior college.

Reservation criteria of FYJC 2021

The Maharashtra board has a special reservation for some candidates. They got certain preference at the time of admission in FYJC junior colleges. This reservation policy is different in regions of Maharashtra. The regions are Thane, Mumbai and Raigad.   • For SC candidates the reservation is 13%.
