BHU Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Internship Application Deadline Extended

The “Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Internship” at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has a longer deadline for applications. The internship programme is designed to give students professional experience and boost their employability. On the BHU website, the application period has been extended until November 9, 2022.

About BHU Internship : 

The one-year internship will pay Rs 20,000 per month and include classes in performing and visual arts, physical education, education, and library sciences. Only BHU students who have completed the aforementioned postgraduate courses are eligible to apply. Those who have won gold, silver, or bronze medals in the five courses mentioned above in national or international competitions are also eligible to apply.

Students can apply for 100 vacancies in five different businesses through internships. There are a total of 20 seats available for students studying library science, of which 15 are for master’s programmes in library and information science and five are for MCA and MS in computer science programmes. There are 20 seats available for education and 20 seats for physical education, of which 16 seats are for MEds and 4 for MEds (special education). Students can apply for 100 vacancies in five different businesses through internships.

Twenty seats for performing arts are open, with 11 for tabla, 5 for vocals, 2 for violin, and one each for Bharatnatyam and Kathak. Last but not least, there are 20 seats available for visual arts, of which 5 are allocated to painting and 5 to plastic art, 4 to applied arts, and 3 to textile design and ceramics, respectively.

Nestle Future Talent 2023: Bursary Programme 

The Sponsored Research Industrial Consultancy Cell (SRICC) of BHU oversees the internship programme. A committee at the university level will be established by the vice chancellor of BHU to interview the shortlisted individuals and provide recommendations. The Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Internship candidates will be chosen by a committee at the subject level. Jobs will be assigned to chosen candidates based on their qualifications and the opportunities that are now accessible.
