Beware Fake JEE Main Website is taking money, NTA issued notification

NTA released an official notice to inform all the students who will appear for the JEE Main Exam 2021 to make the candidates aware of the fake websites such as “jeeguide.co.in“. These websites are doing the fake filling up of application form and payment.

Thus, the candidates are warned that they must apply for the JEE Main Exam 2021 only by visiting the official website, which is jeemain.nta.nic.in, to avoid being a victim of any kind of fraud.   

The authorities have cleared it that they or any of NTA employees have no association with any other site other than the official website, viz., jeemain.nta.nic.in.

The authorities of the National Testing Agency have also said very clearly that they have only one website for online form fill up and exam fee payment of JEE Main Exam 2021, and as a result, the website jeeguide.co.in is a fake website and using such websites can lead to a significant loss to the candidates and their guardians.

Thus, NTA has requested the students and their guardians to kindly file a formal complaint in the local police station or any cybercrime cell against such websites immediately if they have come across any kind of such fake website or elements. This will ensure their as well as many other people’s safety.

The JEE Main Exam 2021 is going to be held in a total of 4 phases. The 1st phase will take place from 23rd February 2021 to 26th February 2021.

The next 3 phases, that is, the 2nd, then 3rd, and the 4th phases, will take place in the month of March 2021, April 2021, and May 2021. The candidates will be able to appear in all four sessions if they want, and the final score that will be considered will be the best score of the candidate among all the sessions in which the candidates will appear.
