Delhi Police Physical Test Date 2026 Announced
Delhi Police has officially confirmed that the Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT) will commence from 25 July 2026 for shortlisted candidates. However, every candidate will receive an individual schedule through the admit card.

Delhi Police PET & PMT Pattern 2026
The physical examination will be conducted in four stages.
Stage 1: Race
Candidates must first qualify the running event within the prescribed time limit.
Only candidates who successfully complete the race will be allowed to participate in the remaining physical events.
Stage 2: Long Jump
Candidates will receive three attempts to achieve the required qualifying distance.
Stage 3: High Jump
Candidates will also be given three attempts to clear the prescribed height.
Stage 4: Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
Candidates who qualify the Physical Endurance Test will undergo the Physical Measurement Test, where height and chest measurements (for male candidates) will be verified.
